Amazing staff and delicious food! Got a tandoor assorted grill plate and it was amazing! Portions are large and fairly priced. Thank you Saffron!
Gary was our server and was so sweet! He had a great suggestion for the appetizer. The food was delicious and we can’t wait to go back again. This was the best aloo gobi that I’ve had and the tandoori chicken masala was super yummy and the naan was perfect.
This place is the absolute best place in austin for Indian food I have ever eaten. Their food is SPICY in the best way. The absolute most flavorful delicious curry ive ever eaten in my entire life. My waiter - Mary - was an absolute doll and very helpful. Recommended me a great beer that helped the amazing food go down. 10/10
My daughter order few dishes and it is tasty. Love goat stews.
I love this place! Flavorful authentic food, good prices and great atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants in Austin, I will continue to come back and eat here!
Here’s a polished and professional best review you can use: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent food and great service! Had a wonderful dining experience at Hotel Safron. The food quality was outstanding—Paneer Tikka and Butter Chicken are must-try dishes, absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Special thanks to Srija for her excellent service. She was very polite, extremely friendly, and had a great attitude, which made our experience even better. The hotel ambience is very nice, and the taste of the food was amazing. Overall, a great place for quality food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
Overall food is good. The saag paneer and the saffron chicken lazeez (which is basically the saag with tiny pieces of chicken blended in) were really good. Both were a little oily but yummy. Naan is a good size too. The rice pudding is kinda solid, not very liquid like kheer. See pic. But tasty flavor!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this place! I visit this Indian restaurant quite often, and it never disappoints. Today I had the Dal Makhani, Paneer Tikka Masala, and Tandoori Roti, and everything was just perfect — rich flavors, creamy textures, and freshly made roti that hit the spot. The service is always fantastic — special thanks to Gaurav and Sam, who are super attentive, friendly, and make every visit a pleasure. I also have to mention my absolute favorite here — the Samosa Chaat! I order it all the time because it’s packed with that authentic Indian street food flavor that’s truly to die for. If you’re craving delicious, authentic Indian food with warm service, this place is a must-visit!
